For the fourth year in a row, Securus was excited to be part of the Cascadia Technical Academy Foundation’s golf tournament at Camas Meadows Golf Course. As the luncheon sponsor, we were honored to once again support an event that brings people together while helping fund opportunities for Cascadia Tech students. We believe in investing in the future, and it’s always rewarding to be part of a community that supports education and the next generation of skilled professionals entering the workforce.
Three members of the Securus team attended the tournament and had a great time reconnecting with people we know and meeting others for the first time. It was a great opportunity to share what we do at Securus, learn about the work other local businesses are doing, and build more connections in the community.
Beyond the networking and fun on the course, the tournament plays an important role in supporting Cascadia Tech students. Cascadia Tech provides career and technical education to high school students across ten school districts in Southwest Washinton, helping them develop the skills and hands-on experience needed for future careers. Funds raised through the Cascadia Technical Academy Foundation support scholarships, classroom technology, equipment, and other resources that help students prepare for success in the workforce and beyond.
